Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your receipt/proof of purchase must be provided with the return.

Refunds

Once your item has been received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund following inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of payment to your original method of payment, PayPal, credit or debit card. You should receive your refund within 5 working days; however, this may depend on your payment issuers policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return. Shipping costs are not refundable with your purchase.

Shipping costs are non refundable on return, and will be deducted from any refunds issued.
